Mint24 is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users generate social media content, including text posts, carousel slides, thread posts, video scripts, and other formats. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your topics and preferences.

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You retain ownership of the topics and source materials you provide to the Service. The content generated by the AI is provided to you for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any generated content. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if fewer than 5 generations were used. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service beyond its intended use.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the Settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
